Mission Statement:

Because of the love and affection that Jean and Harry Bettis have for the Youth of Graham, it was their wish to start and organization to help these Children to aspire to greater heights by the means of higher Education. For this purpose, Harry M. Bettis created The Jean and Harry Bettis Educational Foundation. The Jean and Harry Bettis Educational Foundation is organized and will operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 or the corresponding provision or provisions of any subsequent Unit States revenue law. These purposes shall include but are not limited to the making of grants to college students to enable the students to attend college. It is the mission of the Corporation, by making such grants to such individuals, to enhance the educational opportunities available to the youth of Graham, Texas.

Application Deadline:

Scholarship applications must be post marked to the Foundation by March 12, 2025, the year of the funding. Complete the application and mail with required attachments to the address shown on the last page of this form.

Scholarship Eligibility Information:

Graduating or a Graduate of Graham High School who are actively pursuing undergraduate and post-graduate degrees.
